Later i asked for more hot water and he brought me a whole new tea. When i asked he gave me the options, so I gave him back the black tea and waited so much time for him to bring me the tea of my choice that my water was no longer hot. giving me options of teas they offer he just brought black tea. Waiter took liberties that he shouldnt have. Too crowded and took forever to get service. Entertaining for kids, headache for adults. Waited 30 minutes to get a table that was reserved months in advance. When we were leaving we had a look at the fish tanks and it looked like this area was calmer than the area with the dinosaurs so maybe if you have smaller children this area would be a better spot to sit. Our waitress was lovely and apologised for not being as available to us as she should have been. The cheeses burgers were huge and we couldn’t finish them but the kids ate everything.

I was annoyed because our mains were going to be cold if we ate the nachos but we couldn’t get hold of our waitress because she was dealing with an issue with another table as she explained it to me when she took our order. We had just started the nachos and our mains arrived at the table. We ordered nachos to share to start which arrived really quickly.

We ordered cheese burgers and fries for the adults and the kids had corn dogs and sliders. Our waitress came over to him and was so kind to him explaining it would stop soon and they wouldn’t come near him. We were seated quickly and my 5 year old was fascinated by the dinosaurs until they started moving and then he was terrified.
